两项调查找的是每周工作 35 小时以上的员工，分别有 676 人和 304 人。开会占掉多少时间，对工作态度和幸福感的影响不是固定的，要看两件事：会开得好不好，这个岗位干活有多依赖别人。另一项研究让人连记一周日记，结果是当天开会次数越多，疲劳和自己感觉到的工作量越高。省下的时间，等于你砍掉的会议时长本身。
